The hotel is truly awesome, especially when it comes to the fantastic comfort we found in our room's dining area. The service is top-notch with a very friendly staff offering various conveniences like room service, ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire. The location couldn't be more convenient, right there in our room. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, it wasn't always to our liking. The facilities overall were great, though we encountered a mixed bag that first morning. The value for money is reasonable, but some improvements could be made to enhance the experience.
